CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout protocol that is made up of functional movements performed at a high-intensity level. These movements are safe and are actions that you perform in your day to day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc. In order to participate in our CrossFit classes, you must successfully complete the Elements Classes.
